What sort of accommodation does Montana Pine offer?
Montana Pine is a 4 star hotel. It is neither a holiday village, nor a self-catering apartment facility.
Twin or double bed rooms and suites can be reserved for any length of holiday from the end of April until the end of October. The accommodation in Montana Pine is based on:
- Bed & Breakfast & Buffet dinner.  ( Half Board )
For lunch, snack facilities around the pools can offer a satisfactory variety of food and beverages.
Important: In order to keep the high standards of hygiene in the rooms and as part of our hotel policy, we strictly request our clients to refrain from bringing food and beverages into their rooms and hotel grounds.

How can guests pay at Montana Pine Resort?
Payments in the hotel (extras occurred between check-in and check-out) can only be done through the hotel credit card issued individually upon guest’s arrival.
It is absolutely necessary for our guests to carry this card on, at all times.
Transactions in cash are allowed only for a limited time on the day of the check out.
For the final bill, cash payments in major currencies, travelers checks and major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Foreign currency exchange is possible at the Reception.

Transportation to & from Montana Pine Resort.
The nearest airport is Dalaman International Airport. (1 hr. 20 min. by car.)
The nearest main town is Fethiye. (20 min. by car, dolmus or minibus.)
The nearest resort village is Hisaronu. (5 min. by taxi – 15 min. by walk.)
The nearest beach is the Belcekiz Beach and Oludeniz Lagoon. (10 min. by free hotel shuttle or taxi.)

Does Montana Pine offer free shuttle service?
Montana Pine’s free shuttle service for Oludeniz Beach & Lagoon departs from the main entrance, next to the security check point. Departures from the hotel are between 10:00 hrs. and 11:00 hrs. The return services from the beach are between 16:00 hrs. and 17:00 hrs. Daily schedules are subject to weather and season changes.
By local government authority’s order, free hotel shuttle services are strictly limited to the Oludeniz beach & Lagoon area only. Thus, Montana Pine cannot organize any shuttle service to other destinations such as Hisaronu or Fethiye.

What are other means of transportation to & from Montana Pine?
The taxi station is at the main entrance of the hotel. Taxis can take our guests virtually anywhere on the coast line. Dolmus (a cheaper means of transportation service operated by local minibus owners) can be found at 800 meters distance from the hotel entrance, on the main road of Fethiye – Oludeniz. The dolmus, if not full, can be stopped by waving at them.

Does Montana Pine offer transportation to & from Dalaman Airport?
Montana Pine offers private airport transportation service with our hotel staff and air-conditioned vehicles. 24 hours-a-day & 7 days-a-week, our personnel can meet our clients regardless of the number of guests in the party. This service is free of charge for direct reservations of 7 nights or more. By experience, our hotel staff holding a name board (hotel and/or guest name) meets our clients after the luggage collection, outside the terminal’s main exit door.
A child seat is also available for infants and young children.

In case of a direct reservation, our guests should arrange their return flights, however, a private airport transportation service is offered by Montana Pine.
This service is free for reservations of 7 nights or more.
The best time to contact us for next year’s reservations is before January.
Flights seats are generally very hard to obtain as the holiday season approaches so we strongly recommend reserving your flight seats as early as possible.

Internet ?
Free wireless internet around the Lobby & Reception for guests who would like to bring their laptops.
Also, 2 computer stations with fast ADSL connection are at our guests' service next to the Reception.

Is there a safe box facility for valuable items?
Rental safe box facility is offered in guest rooms from 2005 season and on. ( Laptop size, 4-digit key code.) Please contact reception.

Can guests make a direct call from their rooms?
Our guests can make direct local and international phone calls from their rooms.

Can baby cots be supplied in the rooms? Child seats in restaurants?
Please contact us in advance should you need to have a baby cot placed in your room. Linen and pillows are supplied with baby cots. Please contact our service staff for child seats which are available in our different restaurants and snack areas.

Are there tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms?
Coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms available and replenished once a day.
( 2005 season and on.)

Should guest bring towels for sunbathing?
Towels for hotel pool use are supplied and changed every third day.
One can also buy good quality beach towels from the Pine Shop.

Sun mattresses?
A proportioned number of sunbathing chairs and free of charge mattresses are available around the pools.
Important: With respect to our majority of our clients, towels left on sun beds for reservation purposes are collected by our staff and deposited in the nearest bar outlet. Please refrain from reserving the sun beds at early hours if you are not going to use it for long hours.

Check-in and check-out times? Is late check-out possible?
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Late check out with charge can be arranged depending on the availability of the specific room at less busy periods. Please contact our Reception staff in advance should you need a late check-out.

TV Channels?
Every room is equipped with a satellite TV set. Upon availability in the region, a number of English, Dutch, German, French and Turkish speaking channels are available.

What can I do against mosquitoes, wasps and other insects?
Montana Pine is isolated in a hilly landscape and surrounded by the pine forests. The unique location enhances the beauty and charm of the place and may be the main reason why our guests prefer staying here. Naturally, we prefer to keep our clients as comfortable as possible while protecting the wild life around us, with respect to our environment.
Mosquitoes are present most of the season. Open-air spraying is done periodically by local firms. A number of guest room windows are covered with a mosquito net. Night tablets and liquid used with electrical outlets are very effective and can be bought from the hotel’s market Pine Shop or other shops in the area. For personal use, we also recommend using insect repellant skin sprays.
Wasps are present seasonally. They usually show up in abundance a short period around the sunset and disappear right after the sunset. By experience, during open air dinners, we recommend our guests, who do not prefer to be familiar with wasps, to be patient until after the sunset or to start dining inside. Important tip:
Wasps never sting if one stays calm and silent. Do not try to hit them or step on them as this can only make them more aggressive.
Our guests can encounter other insects such as crickets or spiders. If you ever ( very rare cases ) get hurt by one of these, try to contact our reception as early as possible for us to seek a specialist doctor’s help.
