My parents and I are just back from a fortnight at your hotel and we’d like to say thanks for a fabulous holiday. Working in the hospitality industry I thought it might be helpful to give feedback. The resort and location was first class and the staff made it memorable. The food was great. The service in the restaurant and the bars was fast and friendly. Nothing was every too much trouble even to remembering our names and room number. The variety of entertainment throughout the day was first class making it difficult not to participate. Lunch at Snack Marmara was always pleasant and a great way to stay out of the mid day sun. We loved the evenings when dinner was served outside at the Marmara poolside bar then on to entertainment at the Ege bar. You couldn’t really ask for a better evening. Our trips to the Sunset bar for cocktails were delightful. Watching the sun go down with a cocktail in your hand was fabulous. What a view! Thanks to all the staff but a special mention to Ercin, Hakan and Yucel. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel.

We have just returned home after spending two weeks holiday at your resort and we would like to say thank you for a wonderful time.We were most impressed with the cleanliness of everywhere.The lady who cleaned our room did a very good job of cleaning it and a big thank you to her.Your gardeners kept the gardens first class and were a delight to walk around.We would like to congratulate Fethi and his staff on the food they provided and the service they gave. Nothing seemed to much trouble for them. We stayed with you for a week at the beginning of June and had a wonderful time.
Right from the minute we were picked up at the airport (direct booking) we were made to feel welcome and special. The cocktails whilst booking in and the fruit and wine in the room added to this feeling. We found all the staff extremely polite and helpful but at the same time it was done with a personal touch and fun. All the facilities were of a very high quality and maintained beautifully. The food and the service in the restaurant was excellent. We really appreciated the effort that was put in by all the staff to facilitate the meals beside the pool (a fabulous idea). We will come again and have been telling our family and friends what a wonderful place Montana Pine is.

Too many excellent features to list however, staff service was excellent, staff courteous, warm and friendly, the location was breathtaking, such beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets. The food was superb....The large deep pool was peaceful. The lunches from the pool cafe were excellent. The gardens were gorgeous, so lush and pretty. The view from the sunset bar was just lovely.....We as a family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Our room was perfect for a family with two young teenage boys. The holiday we had prior to staying with you was at a 5 star ...........hotel, and, the Montana's level of service, exceeds this. The staff make your resort. I have never met such a friendly and attentive bunch of people in my life. The resort lived up to all of the reviews and exceeded our expectations. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious and our valley suite family room worked really well for us and our two little girls. However, the thing that really made the holiday exceptional was your wonderful staff. The reception staff were always helpful and responded really quickly when we needed their assistance. The waiters were incredibly organized and efficient and always extremely friendly (especially to our 1 and 2 year old daughters!), even the cleaner who could not speak English was so friendly and affectionate with our two girls. We would also particularly like to make a special note of Coco and Asena. Coco seems to have endless energy and commitment to making everybody's stay enjoyable and entertaining whilst clearly working extremely hard in the background organizing events. Even when the weather turned bad Coco was working hard to raise peoples spirits. Similarly Asena did a fantastic job helping to entertain our children and effortlessly developed a lovely relationship and trust with them. We are very much hoping to come back to Montana next year, to enjoy the surroundings once again, and hopefully to catch up with these special people.

Having just returned from a fantastic two week stay at your wonderful hotel , l must write and thank you and all of your staff for a most enjoyable stay. From checking in at 06.00 am. on our first day we were greeted with a refreshing drink and a happy smile and very polite young man. This proved to be the first of many meetings with all of your first class staff. From the reception staff through, waiters, chefs, bar staff, cleaners, gardeners, drivers, security, and anyone we may have missed, they were all great !. Our room was in first class order and was kept that way by our excellent cleaner, the grounds were truly wonderful with beautiful flowers, the food was never less than spot on, the pool area was always in perfect order and the beach transfer was always on time with probably the safest drivers in Turkey !!. I could go on but I sure you get the picture. Once again very well done for a super hotel.

Suffice to say that to choose just one feature would be an injustice to the facilities. My family and I found the layout of valley rooms to be excellent. The design of the communal areas provided us with choices, relaxing on the lounges in the gardens, or by any one of the 3 pools or taking part in the activities. The superb gardens complimented and added to the quality of our holiday, tendered and cared for by dedicated gardeners........ It was my family's first ever holiday in Turkey, can I take this opportunity to congratulate every member of the team who showed absolute professionalism and dedication to ensure we had a great holiday. I will never forget courtesy extended to us by the staff, they are polite and level of attentiveness was outstanding. Finally the food was superb as was the presentation and variation provided by the immensely hard working chefs.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful 2 weeks in Montana Pine at the end of July 2008. We have been visiting Turkey for the last 10 years but this was the cleanest, most organized, friendly, helpful, always smile on everybody's face. Food was out of this world, lots of variety as well as the freshness. Our compliments to all the chef especially to the dessert chef. We also feel this is the first time we have seen the hotel staff been treated fairly by their employers. Staff was very professional and they treated us with respect at all times. We felt comfortable and safe at all time. We did Montana Pine boat trip which was excellent and recommend that to everybody. We are hoping to visit again next year.

The pools were kept extremely clean, especially with the overhanging trees, and never once found any pieces of tree pines/ leaves or other items in the pools, please congratulate the staff for an excellent job in keeping them spotless. The gardens and surrounding features within the site were also kept to a very high standard, as was the whole of the hotel. I would like to also congratulate the Bar / Restaurant / and housekeeping staff for there 100% efforts in keeping Montana Pine a place to be very proud of. Two things stood out for me. First of all, the staff are fantastic. Very friendly and courteous and always happy to help. Fantastic. Also the location and the scenery. Pure luxury with amazing views. It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting and it gives guests the feeling of comfort and exclusivity. The layout of the accommodation was also superb. You had the impression of having your very own flat in privacy rather than blocks of rooms on top of each other or in rows. I also loved the kittens and cats that were wandering around! ..........There are some other members of staff that I would like to mention who were very friendly and made the extra effort to make our stay a truly special experience................They always had a smile, always went out of their way to have a small chat with us and did lots of the extra little things that added to our enjoyment of the holiday.

We wanted to thank Montana Pine for a wonderful holiday in August which more than lived up to our expectations. We had previously visited for a special anniversary evening meal beside the pool during a previous trip to Hisaronu and were made to feel so very welcome that ever since promised ourselves a vacation staying in your wonderful hotel. Beyond doubt Montana Pine is a very special place that offers all we seek in a holiday destination.
Thank you so much for the first class transfers to and from Dalaman, particularly welcome after a tiring flight. The valley suit also offered spacious and well-appointed accommodation with those nice little touches in the rooms by way of welcome. Who could fault your service and hospitality? We didn't feel the need for a la carte on this occasion, though I understand this is both excellent and in a very romantic setting. One is spoilt for choice! The buffet for breakfast and evening meal is extensive and supplemented by those occasional evening poolside Turkish and Gypsy extravaganzas, delightful. The lunches were also superb! We particularly enjoyed the exclusive Montana Boat Trip and the Animation Teams entertainment, which was discreet and unobtrusive during the day and provided an opportunity to socialise or not as you wish, playing Petanque, Table Tennis, Darts and Shooting. They even organised pizza making event for the children, how good is that? They were great fun too and provided just the right balance of children's and adult entertainment in the evening. We certainly intend to come back next year and have a shrewd idea that some of our close friends are also considering it.

We returned home to England yesterday after a very enjoyable week at Montana Pine Resort. Although you were not able to fulfil our request for a family suite, we and our daughters (age 11 and 9) were happy to stay in adjacent rooms. We feel that Montana Pine is a safe place for children as it is self-contained and has good security. Our daughters especially enjoyed "Mini Disco" and we thought that the four young men and women who looked after the children were great. All of our party enjoyed the swimming pools, the gardens, the mountain scenery, the evening entertainment and, in particular, the food. We had such an enjoyable week that we would like to return to Montana Pine next year!

We were most impressed with the hotel, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, the rooms were spacious and kept spotlessly clean by the cleaners who came in daily, we thought your gardens were beautiful and the hotel setting just stunning. Our daughter (4yrs) absolutely loved the Dolphin Pool and visits to the Dolphin Café were the food can certainly be recommended. The breakfast and dinner buffet were exceptional, a huge range of things to choose from and the food was delicious! Our only regret is that we stayed for one week, we hope to be in touch with you soon to book a 2 week stay for next year.

Our booking to Turkey was very much a last minute decision (we only booked the Thursday prior to our arrival on the Monday) and I have to say made with some trepidation as neither my wife or I had ever been to Turkey before. To say we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the area we stayed in and the kindness of the people would be an understatement.
We very rarely visit the same holiday venue more than once, however in the case of the Montana Pine we are certainly going to break with tradition and come again (and again and again!). It is a flagship and an excellent model for the development of tourism in Turkey.

I want you to know how much my wife and I enjoyed our holiday at Montana Pine last week. ........
For us, the weather was perfect. All we had to do was lie in the sun and cool off in the Dolphin Pool, refreshing ourselves with fresh orange juice and lemon tea (for my wife) and large Efes (for me!). For you, the team, it must have been very difficult to work in such heat. The BBC weather for Fethiye shows that it is even hotter this week, but I am sure that you will look after your guests with your usual good humour and concern for their happiness. The housekeeper of our room was particularly hard working and always cheerful. On one day she made a swan out of the bath towel!
The dinners served around the Marmara Pool were particularly enchanting and obviously took a lot of work to set up on a hot afternoon, and then you had to clear up so that the pool was ready for guests the next morning. You certainly spare no effort in the seven months season! How you must welcome the winter rest.
Montana Pine is the perfect resort, set in beautifully tended gardens, located in beautiful Lycia and staffed by the nicest team of professionals. ............

Es ist Klasse wenn man unter anderem herrlich an Ihrem gepflegten, sauberen Pool liegen kann und bei Bedarf, wenn die Sonne zu heiß wird unter Ihre Bäume im Schatten vor sich hinzu träumen oder ein gutes Buch ungestört lesen kann. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt, vor allem ihr türkisches Essen immer wieder ein besonderer Genuss.
Ein Lob hierfür Ihren Köchen und auch Ihrem höflichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Als sehr positiv haben wir vermerkt, dass Sie neuerdings zum Frühstück auch für Menschen die Diät halten müssen ein Angebot bereit hatten, ebenso war es absolut super, auch Vollkornbrötchen zu bekommen. Die schmackhaften, vielseitigen Salate und das abwechslungsreiche Essen, ein Genuß……!!!!! Machen Sie weiter so. Auch nach dem dritten Male Urlaub in Ihrem Hause, wird es nicht das letzte mal sein. Wir werden wiederkommen.

We have just arrived home from our wonderful holiday at the Montana Pine. Wow, how fabulous, you can see why you have the gold award. We have never stayed anywhere before where the gardens are kept so immaculate, the staff so friendly and attentive and the whole hotel overall - fantastic.
You should al be very proud of the Montana Pine and the amount of work that goes into making it such a relaxing place to stay on holiday. The maids are lovely and taught us some Turkish. Ozcan and Eddie (Dolphin Pool) were great, hardworking and always eager to please. The gardens are spectacular, your gardeners deserve a medal for keeping the grounds so colourful and exotic looking. The food was amazing and there was so much choice, no-one could possibly say they didn' t like anything.
As a family - 7 of us - we went on the Montana Pine Boat Trip we had the most enjoyable day it was very personal. The lunch provided was amazing, we never knew you could do so much with vegetables, afternoon tea was refreshing and then wine and melon at the end was a great finishing touch. The crew were professional at all times and the kids loved the rings. Overall the Montana Pine is a fabulous hotel to stay in, where nothing is to much trouble and everything is so clean and tidy. Well done to you and keep up the good work, we had a great relaxing time and will recommend you to everyone, (well nearly) we don' t want people to come and spoil it. See you next year.

We have just returned from a two week stay at the Montana Pine Hotel, and felt we must write and tell you how much we enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel. Every member of staff we met was always polite and friendly, and was always eager to please, it is easy to see how this hotel wins the gold awards every year. The grounds are beautifully kept, the bedrooms are cleaned immaculately and the food is exceptional. My husband is not very adventurous with food and usually we self cater preferring to be able to choose from a restaurant menu, we were a bit concerned that we would end up eating in restaurants rather than eating the hotel food, but this was definitely not the case we ate in the hotel restaurant every night where the choice was endless.
We were very impressed with where the hotel was situated in the pine forest away from the hustle and bustle of the local towns, we went on the Montana Pine boat trip was like a dream, our every need was catered for and the crew worked very hard to make our day so enjoyable. We are looking forward to returning next year, and will certainly book the boat trip again!
One member of staff who went out of his way to ensure our holiday was fantastic was Ozcan the head waiter, always finding us a table in the dining area at night and serving us very well at the Dolphin Cafe during the day. When I first came to this place in 2004, I could only stop and admire the beautiful setting with the mountains almost embracing Montana Pine Resort. My thoughts and admiration go to the architect who designed this beautiful place, using the natural slope of the mountain to dot the various houses here and there, connecting them with the natural stoned pathways, colourful flowers, palm trees and other green plants, not to mention that the well kept lawns and various swimming pools. From June 16th ......enjoyed the best holiday we have had since we began to take "package" holidays in 1992. We did two trips : Dalyan and Fethiye, which we enjoyed very much. This was my first visit to Turkey and I found everyone I met kind and friendly, ready to laugh and smile; the countryside is beautiful, often spectacular; and the weather! Perfect! My wife had visited Istanbul in 1968 ..............but like me she had no idea of what to expect of your region. But what made this the BEST HOLIDAY was Montana Pine. Excellent service, excellent accommodation and facilities, excellent catering and an idyllic setting. The gardens alone would be worth paying to visit.

We stayed with you for the first time this year. What can we say, the hotel is superb, it is kept so clean and the gardens so tidy, everyone seems to take a pride in their "job".
